This section shows you how to buy your paella equipment
Shipping
Our shipping is only 5.00 to mainland UK. For Highlands,
Islands and other remote destinations, please check to see if an
additional surcharge is required Click here
Our shipping is tracked, monitored and requires a signature and each customer receives an automatic email with the tracking number.
Order and Pay On-Line
You can order on-line and pay by credit or debit card directly via the web site.
We use the PayPal system to process your credit card. This is
reliable and secure. Just add products to the Basket as you browse our
site. When you are finished, click the View Basket button found
on most pages. You will then receive a Pay Pal email confirming your order and
address for delivery. Please check all the details are correct.
Please contact us if you have specified an incorrect product or delivery
address.
You may need to enable pop-ups to view the PayPal Shopping Basket.
Contact us if you have any problems.
Choosing a different Delivery Address
When at the Pay-Pal checkout, you can select a different delivery address. You need to first click on Add Address and then then select it. The dialog will look like this:
Ensure you select the correct address you want your order to go to.
Where customers wish to buy their paella equipment OFF LINE, we have setup some alternatives for you. Please note, we are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone.
Paying by Bank Transfer
This is also quick and easy to use. You can pay for your order either
on-line (visit your bank's web site) or over the telephone with your
bank, as if you were paying a bill. You can call our 24 hour telephone
number and leave details of your order, delivery address and contact
telephone number.
